Swift Pilates Sessions

Swift Pilates is not your regular Pilates session. Swift's specially designed sessions will help you run faster, for longer and reduce niggling pains and injuries. Our sessions use a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Barre to even-up muscle imbalances, strengthen your deep core muscles and ensure alignment in your body to keep you pain-free. The only Pilates of it's kind, Swift is located where and when you run, making it easy to tone-up and cool-down in only 30 minutes. 

Swift runs sessions every half hour Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday evenings and Sunday Mornings.  We are located at one of Melbourne's best running tracks - Princes Park, Carlton.

Join us for a session to cool down and tone-up after your next run.

Who is Swift Pilates For?

Swift Pilates is for people who like to run, but hate to stretch. People who are pressed for time, those who know they need to vary their exercise routine but can't be bothered with classes and bootcamps. Swift is for anyone who wants to try Pilates without forking out ridiculous membership/class fees or wasting time commuting to a studio, or may have ongoing niggling pains that keep them from running from time to time and want to have a certified professional help them stay injury free.

Swift Pilates is for anyone looking to strengthen and stretch and enjoy better movement in daily life - all in just a half hour in the park.

Runner, Certified Pilates Instructor,
Barre Instructor and Dog Lover.
She's a bit of a run nerd. 

Location & Hours

Located just off the running track at the top oval at Princes Park, Carlton VIC (near the corner of Park Street and Royal Parade) we are already where you run, when you run. Sessions run every half hour from 630PM-8PM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Sunday 10AM-1130AM. Join us after your next run and stay strong and injury free.
